We begin with a detailed assessment of your hip mobility, strength, and control through multiple planes of movement. We also look at how your hip interacts with your core, pelvis, and lower body mechanics. When appropriate, we use advanced strength testing technology to measure imbalances and guide a precise, data-driven plan for recovery and performance.

Our hip pain treatments are designed to restore strength, control, and efficient movement. Depending on your specific needs, your plan may include:
Manual therapy and soft tissue work to improve flexibility and reduce tightness
Dry needling to release deep muscle tension and improve circulation
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training to safely build strength and muscle with low loads during recovery
Targeted hip and core strengthening to stabilize the pelvis and improve control
Mobility drills and movement retraining to restore optimal mechanics and reduce stress on the hip joint

Recovery time depends on the severity and duration of your symptoms. Many clients begin noticing improvements within a few sessions. Our goal is not just to relieve pain but to build lasting hip strength, stability, and movement confidence to prevent recurrence.

Hart & Hustle is a premium service that operates out of network. This allows us to structure your care around your goals rather than what insurance will cover. Many services we provide, such as treating the whole body, educating you, creating a customized program, following up between sessions, and supporting fitness-related goals, are often not reimbursed by insurance. We can provide superbills for clients in Ohio, but reimbursement varies depending on your plan, so you will need to check with your insurance provider directly.

In most cases, yes. We focus on modifying activities instead of stopping them completely. Your therapist will guide you on safe ways to continue moving, training, or competing while we address the underlying issues contributing to your pain.
