  • We start with a thorough movement and strength assessment to understand how your knee functions within the entire lower body chain. Using state-of-the-art isometric and isokinetic testing, we can quantify muscle strength, detect imbalances, and build a plan based on objective data — not guesswork.

  • Your treatment plan is fully customized and may include:

    • Manual therapy and joint mobilization to restore mobility and reduce stiffness

    • Dry needling to relieve pain and improve muscle activation

    • Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training to safely build strength with low loads

    • Progressive strength and stability exercises targeting the quads, hamstrings, hips, and calves

    • Movement retraining to optimize running, jumping, and landing mechanics

Each session builds toward restoring full function and helping you return to performance stronger than before.

  • This depends on the cause and duration of your symptoms. Many clients notice improvement within the first few sessions, especially once we target the true source of dysfunction. Full recovery and performance rebuilding often take several weeks of consistent, guided work.

  • Hart & Hustle is a premium service that operates out of network. This allows us to structure your care around your goals rather than what insurance will cover. Many services we provide, such as treating the whole body, educating you, creating a customized program, following up between sessions, and supporting fitness-related goals, are often not reimbursed by insurance. We can provide superbills for clients in Ohio, but reimbursement varies depending on your plan, so you will need to check with your insurance provider directly.

  • Absolutely — in most cases, we encourage it. Our goal is to keep you active by modifying movements and loads rather than completely stopping your training. We’ll guide you through what’s safe and productive, so you can stay consistent while you heal.
