Angry Knees?

My Go-To Warm-Up

Warm up your knees before pickleball. Trust me... they’re the middle child of your body. They're ignored until they start complaining… and when they do, everyone (your back, calves, and YOU) suffers.

Wall Sit Warm-Up:
A wall sit is an isometric exercise, meaning your muscles are working without lengthening or shortening. Since that requires less overall strain, it’s a great way to activate and warm up your quads before more demanding movements.

To do it:

  • Find a wall and slide down into a seated position.

  • You don’t need to go super deep. Just enough to feel your legs engage.

  • Hold for 15–30 seconds.

  • Want more of a challenge? Try progressing from two legs to one over time.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!
